Add a second hand position to quickly adapt to the size of any virtual rifle.
- The magnetic bracket holds the controller and its bottom-mounted magnetic mount on our gun frame.
- Add a second smooth mount to the front part of your VR gun stock (MagTube, ForceTube) to give you two possible positions for your front hand.
- Generally, the furthest for rifles and the closest for machine pistols. This way, you can quickly switch from one weapon size to another without having to adjust the position of the front support.

⭐ Honest Review: Great Concept, But Terrible Support Experience When the Provolver worked, it was an impressive and immersive piece of VR hardware. Unfortunately, once connection issues started, the experience became incredibly frustrating — mostly because of how poor the customer support has been. I actually did receive a couple of replies in the beginning, but they only told me to “submit a ticket.” Since then, I’ve submitted multiple tickets and sent four follow-up emails that have gone completely unanswered. Either their system isn’t receiving them, or I’m being ignored — and at this point, I honestly don’t know which. On Discord, one of their employees told me the same thing: to submit another ticket. When I explained that I’d already done that several times with no response, he simply stopped replying. There’s also no phone number listed anywhere, so if email and Discord fail, you’re out of options. For the record, I’ve followed every instruction exactly. I made sure the Provolver was not paired to my Quest when troubleshooting PCVR — I deleted the Quest pairing first, as their own documentation explains. Despite that, the controller still refuses to connect to PCVR. It used to work fine on my system, so this isn’t user error. I’ve gone through every relevant Reddit thread, Discord post, and troubleshooting guide imaginable, carefully checking each step. When it was functional, I really liked the product — the immersion and design were impressive. I still believe I may have just received a bad unit, but the bigger issue is that there’s no reliable customer service to help diagnose or replace it. At this point, I’m even open to trying their new model, but until someone from the company actually responds and helps resolve this issue, I can’t recommend the product or buy anything else from them. I’m leaving this review in good faith, hoping it might finally get some attention and open a path to resolution. If they do reach out and help me fix it, I’ll gladly come back and update this with a positive outcome. But as it stands, great concept — poor reliability, and almost nonexistent support.

Yes, very rarely we may not receive a support ticket due to an issue on the user end (such as browser etc.). We do get back to people promptly, typically within 1 to 2 work days. If you do not hear from us don't hesitate to reach out again or ask in the discord. Don't hesitate to try a different e-mail or use the general form. You can also reach support directly through support@protubevr.com should you have issues with the form. Our priority is to assist and ensure you have a good product experience. We are never deliberately ignoring you. If you don't hear from us, a problem has occurred. Apologies for any inconvenience.
