If your code did not work, check the following points:

1. Have you entered the code correctly?
Check that the spelling and capitalization of the code match what you've entered.

2. Have you deactivated your ad blocker?
Although very useful, Ad Blockers regularly interfere with the smooth running of sites. For the time being, disable them and try again. We don't capture any data about you without your direct consent anyway. You can also try clearing the cache or using a different browser or device.

3. Is the code still valid?
Vouchers/promotional codes will only be valid for a certain period of time. Check the conditions to be sure. If your code has expired, you can see our active codes above.

4. Is the code valid on the items in your basket?
Some codes only work with certain items, or items may be excluded. Some codes will only apply if you have exceeded a certain amount or taken certain products in certain quantities or with specific options. Check the conditions for any restrictions.

5. Have you already used the code?
Some codes can only be used for a single transaction. Check conditions for full restrictions.
