Native compatibilities
We work with VR studios to integrate our force feedback modules (ForceTube, Provolver) directly into the games.
This collaboration allows:
- a "plug and play" solution
- greater precision with the weapons feedback,
- customization of the experience,
- the use of the haptic module with Oculus Store's games,
The list of natively compatible games below is constantly evolving.
PCVR retrocompatibility
For the games without native compatibility, we made a "Companion App", synchronizing your computer and the feedback module.
When used with PCVR/SteamVR games, this application will recognize the signals sent by the games to the headset, and activate the haptic module accordingly.

ProTubeVR cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any kind (material and immaterial) due to inappropriate use of the products sold.
The provisions of the present contract cannot deprive the customer of the legal guarantee, particularly with regard to any hidden defects in the item sold.
All products modified or repaired by the customer or by any entity other than the service providers chosen by ProTubeVR are excluded from this warranty.
Any return in non-adapted packaging will be refused.
The terms and conditions of the guarantee are as follows: If the product is repairable, the repair is performed and ProTubeVR returns the product to the customer.
If the product is not repairable, ProTubeVR returns an identical or equivalent new or revised and reconditioned product.
If repair or exchange is not possible, a refund may be made

Half expected this to not turn up until 6 months from now because of brexit but Protubevr were obviously prepared, as it arrived in a couple of days which was really fast considering I ordered on a weekend and they are based in France (I’m in U.K.).
I can’t deny that once I had put it together and adjusted and tightened everything. It was comfortable, reasonably solid feeling and most importantly it worked and worked well.
I needed to make the odd adjustment here and there but it lines up really well in the few games that I have tried (Pavlov, Onward and AimXR) so I would buy again.

First thing I have to mention is their fast & helpfull support. I contacted them with their Support form and on Facebook and received answers on both in a few hours.
My problem was that I hadnt selected the right HMD for the Magtube. I contacted them and got it sorted pretty quickly, there was a bug with my order it seemed, cause nothing was showing up.
So they requested the info on what i selected in the order and i replied with my choices. Not even a day later everything was sorted out and it was shipped today! Seems like I will have a good Week thanks to them :)
I cant wait to try out the Mag Tube with my HTC Valve. If the Product is half as good as their support, its gonna be a fun time!

I bought magnetic version and its so much better overall experience in all VR shooters. However review is not about product. Review is about post-sale service. I had an issue with some of hardware due to improper setup and i contacted support almost a year after purchase.
It is there. It is super fast. My problem was solved and i have even better setup now.
This is how post-sale support should be like.

Little bit of a longer review.. Bought the protube as well as the little base station thing to add to my chair and use for flying. First of the the product itself feels fantastic. The quality and sturdiness of it once it's assembled it great.
I myself have a short fuse and get frustrated easily. They went above an old beyond working with me and staying professional. I'm highly impressed with the service I received. Now that I have the correct items this thing feels Great. No slop, no slip and just ooof it's great.

5 Stars: The products were delivered very fast and they they look gorgeous!
Unfortunately one product was damaged, but ProtubeVR reacted very fast. After I contacted them they immediately send the replacement part. It was already delivered one day after, together with a note and some small giveaways.
After replacing the part the product worked perfectly fine and my family and I have a lot of fun with it!
I will definitely buy some other products in the future. The Company is very professional, working hard to improve their products and make their clients happy. That’s what I think proves a good company.
